So, what is health coaching, anyway?

Health coaching helps you identify how to live life to the fullest, as only you can. Health coaching acknowledges that you are a unique individual with unique health concerns. As a coach, I partner with you to identify concrete goals and then work with you to create a specialized action plan in order to achieve those goals.

What is health coaching for people in addiction recovery?

I help people in addiction recovery optimize their health and thrive in sobriety. This means that I acknowledge the additional complexities of living life after suffering the trauma of addiction.

When you work with me, you won’t be receiving “one size fits all” coaching; you will be treated as the individual you are. Just as everyone has a different experience coming into sobriety after addiction, everyone has different experiences prioritizing themselves after living a less than ideal lifestyle. Additionally, those living a sober lifestyle looking to take their health to the next level have differing reasons for doing so. That’s okay. However, I know it can be confusing and feel isolating. You don’t have to do this alone – I’m here to help.
